/setup writes the reviewed Project Blueprint. It does not provision infrastructure or publish a release.

Configure the product once, let AI understand the whole system, and release through verified Development and Production lanes.
AI-readable by default
AGENTS.md, the catalogs, module documents, and Change Specs tell an AI what exists, why it exists, and how to verify a change.
Cloudflare-first
Worker, Hyperdrive, PostgreSQL, CFsend, and environment identities are explicit and checked before release.
Separate release lanes
“发布” targets Development. Only “正式发布” or “production” authorizes Production.
